West Raleigh Blue All Stars win state championships

West Raleigh Blue All-Stars dominate the competition all the way to the State Championships.

The All-Star Blue team came in as runner-ups to the West Raleigh Cal-Ripkin team in the KnightsDale All-star Invitational Tournament, and the Southern Johnston Baseball Association Invitational, where the Blue team gave the Cal-Ripkin team a run for their money by playing a 9 inning game (the games usually go to 6 innings), before losing 10-9.

The All-Star Blue team continued on to win the District Championships and qualified for the State Championships.
