Lori must start Hemo-Dialysis

Lori starts home hemo-dialysis. Because her kidneys have shut down (less that 15% function), she must be on a dialysis machine at least 3 times a week to filter her blood. She decides to do the dialysis at home so that she is more able to do it around her schedule and spend more time with her family. She is placed on the organ donor list at Duke hospital.
